Let’s just say it was a horrible experience. Deerhoof played in Middletown CT, and before the show I heard him being very rude to the lighting guy. I didn’t quite catch everything, but he was making the lighting guy show him different colors and greg just kept saying he hated all of the looks.

Then when the band came on there was a technical issue in the beginning which was fixed very quickly, but Greg got on the mic and started to insult the production crew. He said some weird ramblings that got very awkward.

He seems like he was on drugs, or maybe just a really really weird guy. Anyways, thats my experience from somebody seeing them for the first time.

Band was pretty good. Drummer was sloppy a lot of the show to be honest. Not sure if that guys on drugs or what, but oh man what a spectacle.
