There is not a happier or best age, you can be perfectly happy in all ages if you do the right things.

I am sick of listening that X age is the best age of your life. Most say it’s high school or university but I don’t think that. To be happy as teenager just have good parents. If you want to be happy as an adult try make money from work that brings money like entrepreneurship (you can also retire very early if your business is successful), find your love and do the things that you enjoy. The point is that we can find our path in all ages and achieve happiness.
