We are all creatures of habit, everything we do directly correlates with our wants and needs. It's much harder to change ones self. In order to truly change, you must hijack your brain. You must try harder than you've tried up to that point. We focus on the external components that make this world, in an age of technology it is much harder to focus on the small things. Although, it's more than possible. Losing someone (lover, friend, family) can make you or break you. You decide which one at the end of the day. This is the case with everything, if you truly want something. You will push yourself for it, do things you never thought you were capable of. Yet, it takes will and discipline to get there. We always have a beginning and an end, you decide where you'll be at the finish line.
