People who say ‘art and music’ are good reasons to enjoy and appreciate life, forget or neglect the fact that most art and music comes from pain.

You are in pain, so you are drawn to pain, and therefore most of the art that you ingest leans towards expressions of pain. That does not mean most music and art comes from pain.
