As I mentioned I read that somewhere, not sure if it's a quote or just a meme but damn that's beautiful isn't it? I've had those words on my mind all day. It's like it gave me life in a sense. It makes sense that something so ancient and vast, like the universe, developed billions of streams of consciousness to wonder and explore about the many aspects of itself. Not to mention if there is other life out there experiencing the things we haven't even thought to ask about yet.

But for us as individuals our very existence is a combination of luck, cleverness, and great instincts. Also can't forget about our collective presupposed fantastic adaptability. This could be obvious but thinking of things this way helps me see myself as something more than society tells me I am: perhaps I am ancient and fantastic. -a pessimist
