Is Reality Relative?

I have had this disturbing thought for a while now. It has consumed me, how, as an observer, could I ever know that your reality is the same as my reality. Or even if it exists. If you can never tell, then either it is relative or it does not exist. How can I ever know that this phone and this sub reddit is real if no one can ever confirm it. It’s such a disturbing thought that I almost feel crazy just by thinking about it. But I wonder, if reality is relative how will it change the relationship between observation and observers. I really wonder
