Taxes and more information on professions

When the government introduced the professions they also introduced new taxes. Since the mining guild has to give 45% of its mined metals to the government taxes in Rewbokh are not used to gain government revenue but to control the population. The taxes that do exist play into the laws of the realm. The Library

Everyone knows of the Libraries that control the knowledge of the civilizations of the world, the ones that have fancy buildings back in the Monastery. But most people don't know about the three "forgotten" Libraries.
