The PDG is the easiest sub-alliance to join and will be a defensive pact

The Pacific Union (PU)
Molded after the European union, the PU will universal laws and a united passport.

Be a part of the PDG
The Pacific Economic Zone (PEZ)
Taking inspiration from Europe again, the PEZ will be modeled off of the Eurozone.
The PEZ will also have open boarders
Requirements
Be a member of the PU
Have drug trafficking and use below 3%
Have a GDP per capita be at least 9,000 USD
