Hispaniola

Hispaniola will be taking the blunt of the damage, therefore we will prepare it the strongest.

Mines

The entire coast of Hispaniola will be covered in bottom mines to prevent an amphibious assault.

Missiles

The Empire will convert old military trucks (including Pegaso 3055 6x6 and M35 2-1/2 ton cargo truck) to mobile VLS stations to launch Halcon missiles at the incoming ships. Each truck will be loaded with 20 missiles.

The 102 trucks will be positioned in Armando Bermúdez National Park.

When the Dutch fleet is in range they will be ordered to launch their missiles at them.

Firing doctrine

In order of what to fire at

1. Aircraft carriers (only if a hard contact is found)

2. Any ships that get close enough to the shore to be a threat to landing

Infantry Brigade 3

Infantry Brigade 3 will be stationed at a beach thought to be the one to be used by the Dutch, near the Bay of Neiha.

Infantry Brigade 4

Infantrt Brigade 4 will be stationed in Santo Domingo and will be put on high alert.

When a definite position for an invasion is known, they will be moved to defend, followed by Infantry Brigade 3 and 5.

Infantry Brigade 7

When a definite position for an invasion is known, they will be moved to defend, following Infantry Brigade 4.

Guyana

Just like The Leewards we will be handing over control of Guyana to the Dutch to protect our citizens there and all Ubundist assets will be pulled.

The 1,000 PanAmoro intelligent agents will be sent into Dutch-controlled Suriname to spur peaceful anti-Dutch protests.

Trinidand

Mines

As well with Hispaniola, Jamaica, and Suriname, the coast of Trinidad and Tobago will be covered with bottom mines to defend against a coastal invasion.

Missiles

The 100 YJ-12 missiles sold by China will be stationed in in Trinidad.

They will be used in converted civilian trucks which the government will seize then pay for after the war.

25 trucks will be used, each holding 4 missiles.

12 trucks will be stationed in the forests of Trinidad, the other 13 will be constantly moving

Infantry Brigade 5 will be stationed at Trinidad for a secondary wave of defense- if our predictions of where the Dutch will land are wrong, they will rush to the location to be the first defenders followed by Infantry Brigade 6.

Anti-Ship operations

Subs

The two SSK prototype attack sub will be used to find the Dutch fleet

The subs will prioritize the waters around Hispaniola, then Jamaica, then Trinidad and Tobago

Then, the three SSGN prototype guided missile subs will launch attacks on the Dutch carriers

Planes

100 DF-21Es will then use the sub's information to stage attacks out of Grand Colombia on the Dutch Carriers.
