I have made some progress, I use to smoke a lot of weed and stopped, also was overweight and lost it in a healthy way; it with helped me feel better! smoked weed to self medicate to help with depression. After the first month it seemed to help but I’m roughly 6 months in sober and I am back to mood being a little up and down some. I have two goals I’d like to reach but have struggled getting started, I’d like to start working out and to stop watching porn, I feel managing both would tremendously help overall but I just can’t get started. I think about it when I lay in bed before falling Asleep and that’s it. Thanks for any advice!
