I dont know if this is the right subreddit to post this but imma post anyway. Just left a job (after my 8th month being employed to them) that puts money and company's success over the well being of their employee. The mental and emotional stress just hits me everytime (actually every weekday) I went to work for them knowing that they dont really appreciate their work force. Maybe this is for my own good and of course, lessons are learned. That one should study the company's background first before applying for work.
