The 1 thing I never really thought I was strong enough to do, i did it.

After like 14 years not going more than a a few hours with a cigarette, at the beginning of Feburary, i just quit. Cold turkey. Never thought I had it in me to just do that. But now 3 weeks later, not a one cigarette, and minimal cravings. Im astonished. And I have to admit, i do physicslly feel better...less out of breathe. Now my thing is, I just gotta keep this up forever, and I believe I can.
