Hi all, I'm currently going through my umpteenth round of CBT and these sessions are really getting deeper to the root of my issues than previous times.
One of the things brought up in my recent session is that I shy away from making my opinion known, or standing by it, for various reasons (to avoid conflict, because I feel others are more educated in matters than me, because of manipulation in the past which made me doubt myself and think my opinions and beliefs were wrong etc).
But I want to stand up for myself and my beliefs and opinions but I just don't know how to prove to myself that my opinion Matters and is worthy and important as anyone else's.
Any suggestions?
Thanks X
