I've realized today in a form that makes sense.
Energy is created through the soul. That energy creates thoughts. Those thoughts are then turned into corporeal matter.
Energy creates thoughts, which then create matter.
My energy of the past has led me to where I am now. Right now is a Yin Yang moment. I'm happy that I understand the concept of energy and how it creates, but I've had to get to this thought from hardship. Understanding the problem and solution should be embraced together.
