I broke up from a relationship last month and had been down in the dumps all of Jan. In Feb I climbed out of the pit to the sunlight. I got a getmotivatedbuddy and we’ve been going strong for two weeks now.
I was supposed to workout today but here I was on the couch browsing reddit, my new addiction. It was slowly getting darker and the night closing in on me as I kept glancing at the clock as each hour faded. 10:30pm. I had every excuse not to workout: its too late now (which subconsciously was my plan), I have a cold, I just had a minor foot surgery. But I willed myself up, threw down my everlast and got’r done.
Hopefully this helps someone who might be in the final hours of the day and making excuses. Get. It. Done.
