Hi All,
(Mods, if this isn't allowed, please let me know. I post only because I believe I can help)
I recently posted about one of the most important lessons I've learned through my experiences of 2018: Learning to show vulnerability (post is in my profile and on my blog). Here is another important lesson : Learning to become selfish.
https://theextrovertedintrovert.ca/lessons-from-2018-part-2/
The term selfish has become associated with several negative terms but I believe being selfish is essential for us to live a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
To anyone looking for a unique viewpoint and a change of perspective, take a few minutes and let me know what you think.
Thank you to everyone that has read my prior posts and provided me with feedback!
