Deleted instagram a few weeks ago, feeling depressed?

So for more detail, I deleted instagram because I was tired of the fakeness that people were portraying online and it made me feel like my life was shit when it’s not.
I am not sure if it’s just withdrawal symptoms from not being in the loop of my friends and family or what? Anyone else deleted there instagram and feel like this? Does it get easier?
