I've realised that over the past couple days I've formed a bad habit of excessively masturbating. I feel like shit, I hate what I'm doing.
I've had trouble breaking bad and forming good habits for most of my life, before covid hit I had formed a good habit of going to the gym 3 times a week, for about 8 months or so. I really progressed and was feeling good. Then covid hit, everytime I tried to pick it up again, I'd last like 3 to 6 weeks tops and then motivation starts to dwindle again and I quit going. This went on for a couple years and then I just stopped trying and went to exploring other hobbies.
I just want to be able to form good and break bad habits better, any real advice on this?
