I'm so tired of being depressed because I dont have a girlfriend, I want to change

For as long as I can remember I've put so much value on getting a girlfriend that at this point in my life (20m) its made me depressed and lonely because I've never had one. I've only had shitty hookups and dates that led to nowhere. The failure kills me and I'm tired of it, I just dont want to care about it anymore. How do I not care about getting into a relationship? Its hard to see my family and others get into them so easily but I'm tired of it affecting me.
