How are there enough hours in the day for you?

There is so much I want to do daily to improve myself, I want to start doing so many things.
But for some reason I just can’t create a good daily routine, when’s the best time to wake up/sleep? How much sleep should I be getting? How can I do all this as well keep up with my uni workload?
I know our routines in life are just an accumulation of habits and the sooner I can get into the rhythm of doing these things the better but I just can’t figure out how to fit it all in?
