Tips for getting out of negativity cycle
Post Body

I've been on a self-improvement and growth journey the last 3 years and although I'm worlds away from who I was at the beginning, I still struggle with getting stuck in internal negative thinking that ends up spiraling out of control, whether its about myself or my relationship with my partner. Its exhausting. I want to be positive and supportive to him and myself. Any tips for staying more positive and getting out of those negative spirals once you've fallen into them?
