Yeah. Life’s been getting better.
I cut my leg a month and a half ago, got the worst cold I’ve had in years and got sidelined by WFH and quarantining for some weeks.
But it’s not been bad.
I’m back at the gym and working out on the regular. 5 days gym and 2 days of nice 2-4 mile walks.
I got cleared by doctor to weight lift again and hitting the machines once more.
My clothes have gotten looser and I’m actually back down to a 2x. Tried a 3x today and it was pretty huge. 2x fit perfectly. It was really nice to be able to do that.
Oh, and my coworkers have said they noticed I lost weight. That was a great feeling.
My diet has improved drastically and I’ve cut out processed foods and sugary drinks. Alcohol gone after I finish these last few cans of spiked lemonade I got. I’ve lost interest and my taste for beer.
I eat fruits everyday and water is my main drink.
I’m getting ready to sell a fair number of my comics and other old books I don’t read anymore. Ready to let go of it now.
I’m getting tired of living in fiction. Time to live in the real world again.
Overall things are going great and I want to make it better
