I failed this weekend so bad.

I’ve been good. Real good. Avoiding trigger foods and all but I broke last two days.
I’ve been stressed searching for a Mike Trout auto card. I know it’s in my home. I never take cards out and I searched garbage three times today.
I was short tempered and stressed and had a delusional laugh at one point.
I binge ate Wendy’s and Pizza. I think I had 15 sodas. I just chugged and didn’t taste…
This was a failure of two days and I’m ashamed.
