Day 9:
Worked out pretty good.
Legs are more solid than before. Breathing a lot better than I was.
Able to build a good sweat and workout.
Had some chicken and lemonade for dinner.
Great day at PT. Therapist noticed arm was stronger and strength was coming back to arm and on the right path. Learned new stretches and slowly but surely bringing arm back to normal.
Day 10:
So tired from working out overslept.
Uncle told me to stop draining myself and take day off. Enjoy myself.
I took his advice. Treated myself to dinner after work and saw Cabin at End of the World. Great film.
Got some Alan Moore in the mail and new football cards. Gonna read and relax rest of the night. Gym tomorrow night to keep it up.
