Day 6:
Spent day resting up. Watched the 49er game and very disappointed at the end.
Only had 1 beer for playoffs. Ate too many cheese biscuits. In my defense, freshly baked and delicious.
Day 7:
Woke up at 5:30
Walked 2.25 miles from home to BART.
Good day at work. Lots of water. Took bus home. Couldn’t feel my legs and wouldn’t stop shaking.
Clean eating whole day.
Got new Baseball cards in mail
Got some manga but too tired to read. Wound up watching Last of Us.
Day 8:
Got up early and took bus and train to work. Legs too tired for walk: will build up strength next few weeks.
Walked 2.25 miles home from BART. Talked to good friend half of it. Legs were dying.
Rested 1 hour after getting home and went to gym. Did stretches then 45 on elliptical.
Improved in one week. Went up from 2.37 miles to 2.85 in 45 minutes. Improvements.
