First two days of weight loss journey.

Day 1.

No soda day. Went to gym. Nearly passed out on elliptical but kept going and completed workout. 3 miles. Tried bike but couldn’t see straight and went home and slept like baby. Clean eating. Slept easy.

Day 2 Stressed out and found an excuse to go to McDonald’s and cheat. Embarrassed about that. I almost didn’t go to gym and wound up going late and got home late. Watched hobbit went I did bike and lord of the rings during elliptical. Laying in bed tired. Did 4 miles on bike and 3 miles on elliptical.

I’m gonna sleep and take tomorrow off of gym to rest. Going back Friday.

Feeling great after two days. Headaches stopped and I’m not getting dizzy for no reason.

I missed feeling good. Wanna keep feeling this way. I don’t want to go back.
