Pay debt or Keep Saving?

Hi! I am a 36/f with about 12K in debt and 2500k in savings and a 571 credit score.
My question is, do I take that savings and pay off a credit card to help my score? Or do I just keep making my $300 (some months I can do more. I rent my car out on getaround and whatever I make, I pay a credit card)
