Paying off Debt

Hello everyone, I’m new here and just in need of some help. Credit Card Debt is a b*tch and unfortunately due to a life reset I’m now stuck in it, however due to how low paying my job is and expensive life is I’m making no progress, any ideas on what I could do? I considering paying off the card by getting another so my APR would be lower is that possible? It’s Chase btw if that helps any.
