I have about$6500 debt in collections with Lockhart Morris and Montgomery.
I've talked with them once on the phone, verified it was me and told them the debt was bullshit and the guy hung up on me.
I don't want to pay them anything. I was pushed out of a trucking company for a minor accident and they told me I owe them for training. How can I get out of this without paying them anything?
It has been about a year since it entered collections and so far I've just ignored it. I am willing to pay a lawyer some money to get out of it and I'm going to contact some soon about this. I just figured I'd ask here first to see if there anyone had any advice on how to not pay this. I don't need credit currently either so I can take the credit hit.
Thanks
