15k in tribal payday loans they take 2400 of my 2100$ check

I basically fucked myself I was in an emergency situation needed the money but I took out 15 tribal line with different companies equaling about 15k I don’t think I can get one big Loan to consolidate my paycheck is 2100 and they take out 2400 each check I’m currently removing ach access but idk what to do.
