Question on Third party goods regulations.
Post Body
I have £3,000 in rent debt from uni and am wondering if all of my property it technically ‘third party goods’, can they take anything and is it really worth their time trying to do so?
I’m currently still at uni and really can’t afford to pay the money right now and am frustrated, having received a letter saying they will be coming to take any goods they can, when I need everything I have?
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
