I need advice on how to get debt free but its so much that im not sure how to start. 30k total debt from 5 credit cards. Roughly 6k on each. Minimum payments seem impossible due to high interests. Bankruptcy isn’t option according to a lawyer due to my house value. Can’t get a consolidation loan due to 450 credit score. I get paid $21/hr full time. No rent/mortgage. No car loan. I’m thinking settlement in the future so can save money but only concern is losing my home. Losing my home cannot be a option. Any advice?
Yeah a little but it bounces back quickly. Try to get your big purchases out of the way. You only need a credit score to get financing for things. I purchased a house no problem after completing my program. I think it mainly just impacts you because you have to let all accounts go delinquent so you stop paying everything, then the agency negotiates a buy out on your delinquent debt. The agency was so nice to work with, give them a call and let them know your concerns. They’re super nice

I have done debt consolidation and it works wonderfully. National debt relief agency negotiated me paying 35% of my debt. When I called my CC company they said they would take no less than me paying 90%, I spoke to several supervisors and no one would budge. I was absolutely stunned. OP you should contact them. It seems sketchy at first but just like this post above my wife was so hesitant but I went ahead, completed the program and have had no issues since.
