Looking for tips to help stress and anxiety due to debt

For the last couple of months I’ve been trying to rehab from a cocaine addiction. While that’s steadily getting better my addiction did leave me with a debt. I notice myself not enjoying nice moments and overal being in a lot of stress due to my debt. Are there any tips to deal with that?
