Pre-approved for credit from a company that sent me to collections previously.
Post Body

Fingerhut is far from a good bank/credit card as their items are expensive, but if one makes timely payments, they do report to all 3 bureaus.

I defaulted on a card in 2018 & the debt was sent to collections. Since being charged off, I have not paid on this debt. Fingerhut is now sending me catalogs and letters stating I am pre-approved for up to $800.

My question is if I accept the new card from them, can they recall the debt and add it to my new card account? Once debt is satisfied or falls off my credit report due to the statute of limitations, can they add my old debt back to a new account with them?

TIA
