Script Commission Terms of Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years of age AND a legal adult in your place of residence.
• I reserve the right to turn down any script ideas/stories/prompts that I don't feel compatible with, if I'm unable to be what you need, I'd be happy to recommend other scriptwriters who may be a better match so you can find what you're looking for.
• Please credit my name Dvaledrik/Dvaledrik_Returns.
• Prices listed are for personal/non-commercial uses which allows me to post the script in public subreddits and script hosting sites, meaning that people can voice it and your name will be attributed and they cannot monetize off of it.
• If you're an established VA who's making regular income please send me a chat/DM and see what you have in mind, depending on context price range will vary greatly.
• No refunds unless the mistake is on my end or if I didn't deliver within the agreed time frame.
• You will be charged as soon as you pledge.
• Local taxes may apply at the checkout.
• Please don't forget to cancel your pledge every time a project is finished, it is your responsibility and I don't want to have to chase you and go through the refund process, we don't need that.
• By commissioning me means you agree to my terms of conditions.

Nutshell

• Payment via Patreon pledge only.
• Turnaround time within 1-2 weeks depending on if revision is needed.
• I prefer to go via flat rate but also offer pay per word if you're more comfortable with it.

Workflow

1. Script idea/structure is discussed.
2. After agreeing on the price, I start on the project after full payment is received upfront via pledging on a custom Patreon tier that is reserved for you.
3. One revision is offered for minor adjustments, if it is drastically different than what we discussed before I will require more payment before I can continue, you will need to increase the pledge on your custom tier and it will be charged that amount in the upcoming month.
4. Turnaround time for first version is expected within a week, if no changes needed to be made then it concludes the project, if not expect the final version within another week, if no feedback is received from the first time after 48 hours by default I will assume that you are happy with the delivery.
5. A reminder to cancel your pledge before the month ends otherwise you will be charged on the 1st of every month going forward!

Flat Rate

(full payment upfront on custom Patreon tier only, you won't literally get the exact number, just that this allows more flexibility in my writing and flow of the story)

• $50/under 1050 over 1000 words
• $75/under 1550 over 1500 words
• $100/under 2050 over 2000 words
• $150/under 3050 over 3000 words

5 Cents Pay Per Word Rate

(I require a deposit of $10 to be pledged to the PPW Tier before I begin the project, when the final word count is up, I will create a custom tier for you to pay the remaining $/word count)

e.g. pledge $10 (200 words) on the PPW Tier, you will be charged said amount (remember to cancel said pledge!) when the final word count is up, say if it's 1038 bringing the total project to $51.90, by then please pay the custom tier to $41.90 so it can be charged on the 1st of the upcoming month.

• $50/1000 words
• $75/1500 words
• $100/2000 words
• $150/3000 words

"I don't really have the budget for the payment options you're offering but still want to support you, can I pay off the commission via subscribing to your existing Patreon tiers until it's paid off?"

I'm very unlikely to agree to it so I don't recommend going down that route, commissions are custom in nature so please budget accordingly beforehand, it would make the process flow so much smoothly.
