Would this game be playable for me?

Hello all! I have been very excited to play deathloop but have heard of a lot of pc performance issues with an "anti piracy program". I dont know if those rumors are true but the performance issues are. I run a PC with a gtx 1660 super, ryzen 5 3600x, 16gb of ram. It is a decent PC but I've heard alot of issues with the micro stuttering and want to know if I would be affected by this. Thank you for reading.
