Simply switching to controller fixed the shitty micro stuttering and frame time issues for me on PC

A little surprised that simply switching to a controller completely erased the problems I was seeing before. The game would be running at 100 FPS and feel like it was at 30-40. Honestly was jarring and looked like shit
Using a controller though seems to completely erase that. Honestly disappointing because I want to play keyboard and mouse, but it’s at least a temp fix until they hopefully patch whatever the problem is.
