I think I messed up: I played (repeatedly) while buzzed and I think I’m totally out of sequence with my deliveries. I’m at lvl 91 and haven’t had a cutscene or a called communication with anyone in a long time. I haven’t seen Fragile or mean skull guy either. It feels like the story is stalled out.
