[Episode 3, Order 38] I tried everything I can't finish this mission.

So, I got to the part where you throw the nuke into the lake, then there was a cut scene and everything was fine, but apparently, I realized that you had to deliver something to South Lake Knot City, but I can't find the cargo to deliver it to the city. So, I redeployed the order and went back to Lake Knot City and other places in the map and checked my private lockers if I kept the cargo there and there is nothing. I can't complete this mission so what can I do?
