Wheeeeeeeee, now I have all 3 main series games

Didn't know until earlier this week that Dead Space 2 and Dead Space 3 became backwards compatible like 3 weeks ago and it slipped past me.
Got Dead Space 1 as a free game a while back, I have a physical copy of DS3, and just bought Dead Space 2 for like $7 last night.
I remember, a few years ago on the 360, that Dead Space 2 and 3 couldn't be bought digitally, so, if that's true, can someone confirm it?
