Dead Bedroom = Lonely Marriage

I've been in a DB for over 22 years... I feel as if I've endured a death of 1000 cuts. After the anger & resentment subsides, you are just left with a deep loneliness. Missing sex is one thing...but feeling alone in your own home is entirely different.
I told her in Feb 22 that things had to change. I reaffirmed this in Aug 23 & suggested counselling.
But good old Miss Avoidant dodged it, & I'm a year later.
Problem is I've set this deadline to hold myself accountable.
I have to leave now.
