About two years ago, I had to make a choice about my b.c because of blood pressure issues. My doc suggested he get the snip. After discussing it with him, I thought he would actually do it. The time came and went, no snip. I had no choice but to get an IUD and although it has worked, I've had a very hard time with losing any weight and consistent yeast issues because of it. I woke up this morning and thought, why? We have zero intimacy between us. Why on earth am I maintaining this thing within me just for the chance he may want to do it at some point? I feel like once I do remove it, that's the final blow. Absolutely no more sex for us. How has your db impacted your birth control methods?
