Curious if any of you have attributed your db more or less to a single event or experience between you and your partner. I realize that usually thereโs a history that leads up to an experience of such proportions.
Kids and/or prior cheating (by one or both partners) are often causes. But usually its a lack of connection and a lack of proper relationship development. Which is why its really common to read about a relationship being hot and heavy early on (which is chemically driven in the early stages) and then things fade, because often the relationship continued to try and and be driven like it was in the early, more chemically driven, stages. And that isn't sustainable, so the relationship struggles.
