Yesterday, I suggested we take a shower together. He originally turned it down but came in while I was almost done shaving the one thing he used to get giddy over when I shaved. We took a shower together. Just two friends/roommates/blood relatives taking a shower. Couldn’t have been less sexual despite my subtle advances.

I feel like one of those male birds on a nature documentary doing my best dances and mating calls while he sits there and watches uninterested.
