Please bear with me because no one situation is the same and neither are the people here. I’m a 50m that has been in a DB relationship with my 45f SO for years. I won’t bore you with the details but after some prescription medication side effects, her desire dropped way down and she’s ok with it. For reasons I won’t get into, I’m unable to leave.
However, there still is the emotional and yes sexual side that I need. I found that for me having an online affair filled that need. Actually I found the perfect woman in this subreddit. Like me she was looking for the emotional and sexual side that was missing in her life. Things eventually ended between us for different reasons but it taught me a lot. One thing it taught me is that it’s possible to tolerate whatever situation you’re in. How far you go to make it happen is up to you. These are just my thoughts.
