Male 53 (hl) wife 48(ll) . Long story but here goes . Wife and I have been married for 22 years two children one 19 one 21.we have never had a fantastic sex life but was satisfactory but now nothing it's been over three years since we have had any form of intimacy .she suffers mental health issues has depression anxiety and Asperger's and I have etried so hard for so long to get her to seek help which she isn't interested in . The fighting and arguments increase and the amount I have to to to help also increases. I have tried talking with her and recently explained that I was very unhappy I our relationship but I cannot leave as she is reliant on me she just won't even consider my feelings wants or desires . She indicated that she would try harder that was a month ago but not o e thing has changed . I feel selfish but I truly cannot continue I a sexless marriage but she cannot see that and says that it's all just about the sex for me which it isn't the warmth and all intamcey vanished long ago . Do I leave ? Stay but find alternatives ? Or put up and shut up ? I love her but something tells me this isn't normal
