When I tried to better myself I made things worse.
Post Body

Married 10 years (m40HL) I and my wife (f35LL) have 2 kids and a dog. Recently we’ve hit the 15 month mark. 7 months ago I told her we need therapy she needs to see a doctor whaterver things need to change. I decided to better myself and focus on health. I’ve lost 20 pounds and build a solid frame of lean muscle. I could argue the best shape I’ve been in hell I’ve got a six pack now! Well I though ( my mistake ) this would get her going me being in shape. Wrong. It drove a bigger wedge between us. We did a date night and the kids where at grandma and grandpas and on said date night she reviled me being in shape and her not makes her self conscious and she can’t imagine being intimate. So I tried to better myself and it back fired. Also being lean and in shape has drove my testosterone through the roof and everything down there acts like a teenager. It’s tough out there stay strong.
