Milestone birthday came and went

I just turned 50 (m). My wife didn't get me a gift. I sort of got a hug. She wonders why I'm unhappily married. Dead bedroom for more than 5 years. I brought up divorce a few months ago. She said let's work on the marriage. She doesn't want to do therapy. Why do I stay? If I stay, what keeps me from wanting to stray?
