Background: Me (HLM53), wife (LLF44), married 23 years, DB 12ish years.

File this under “Positive Progress, but…”. We have 5 kids, sex prior was very good, fell off after #3, then #5 was an “oops!” and dead-ish bedroom since. Over the last year my wife’s libido has been returning (YAY!), not really sure what to say about the reason: redoubling efforts to communicate and rebuild trust I guess but that’s only one part. Last night our younger daughter (15) had a friend over, they and our oldest daughter (17) were in the living room wanting to start a movie. My wife had been on the couch reading (and drinking whisky), I had gone to bed an hour before and was asleep. When my wife came to bed she attacked me! I woke to her completely naked, kissing me very insistently … and quiet but quite vocal about her intentions! There was only a few minutes of foreplay, enough for me to “rise to the occasion” so to speak, before we were going at it. My wife was “talking dirty”, not very loud but I was pretty much amazed by the whole thing. I could hear the girl’s movie and I really didn’t think much about it … until my cell phone started ringing! It was my oldest daughter asking me to “Please stop!” OMG! Are you kidding me? My wife was realy pissed off, “Who does she think she is!? WTF!” And that’s when I heard the laughter, but that was the end of it.
