Honest question: Why aren't open relationships discussed more on here?

Just what the title says.
If one partner has sexual desires to fulfil ... Isn't this the obvious choice?
(This is in a case where the relationship is otherwise good. Honestly some of the stories on here make it clear that your problems extend WAY beyond the bedroom...)
